Position: Business Sales Call Center Representative (Remote)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue growth goals through inbound/outbound calls
  • Actively manage an existing account base to retain customers and reduce market churn
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities with new and existing business customers
  • Create and submit accurate proposals and new orders following established sales processes
  • Handle customer account incidents and coordinate with local technical teams for service orders
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 1+ years of sales experience with individual monthly quotas
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Proven ability to engage with executives, business owners, and decision makers via phone and email
  • Must adhere to the employer's attendance guidelines to meet business needs

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility for achieving sales targets
  • Advanced sales and/or customer service skills
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment with effective time management skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Suite and customer information systems such as SABRE and Meta Solv
