- Starting base salary $45,000 with growth potential.
- Average earnings $55,000–$75,000 through base salary and commission.
- Top performers can earn up to $85,000+.
As an Inside Sales Agent you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult customers on their insurance needs, and match the correct coverage to convert sales leads into policyholders.

- Front Lines Liaison: You represent the Liberty brand, believe in what you’re selling, and connect customers to the right products.

- Paid training – 16 weeks for licensed hires, 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.

- Schedule:
4 weekdays + 1 weekend day, mid‑morning start (e.g., 11 am–8 pm CST), minimum 12 months before shift change. - All equipment provided; work‑from‑home requires a dedicated desk with wired high‑speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload). Satellite and mobile internet are not supported.
- 2‑3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years sales/service‑related experience required.
- Strong engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales.
- Ability to communicate well to prospect and customers.
- Excellent analytical, decision‑making and organizational skills.
- Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
- Property and Casualty License required after hire.
