Inside Sales Representative – Remote (Florida)

We are inviting motivated, people‑focused individuals to apply in advance for our Inside Sales Representative training opportunities beginning in January 2026. Applicants must reside in Florida to be considered.

  • Starting base salary $45,000 with growth potential.
  • Average earnings $55,000–$75,000 through base salary and commission.

Job Details

As an Inside Sales Agent you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult customers on their insurance needs, and match the correct coverage to convert sales leads into policyholders.

Position Details
  • Paid training – 16 weeks for licensed hires, 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.
  • Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1.
  • No cold calls – only incoming warm leads.
  • Rewards and recognition opportunities.
  • Schedule:

    4 weekdays + 1 weekend day, mid‑morning start (e.g., 11 am–8 pm CST), minimum 12 months before shift change.
  • All equipment provided; work‑from‑home requires a dedicated desk with wired high‑speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload). Satellite and mobile internet are not supported.
Qualifications
  • 2‑3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years sales/service‑related experience required.
  • Strong engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales.
  • Ability to communicate well to prospect and customers.
  • Excellent analytical, decision‑making and organizational skills.
  • Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
  • Property and Casualty License required after hire.
