Overview

Mortgage Loan Officer role at Satori Mortgage (NMLS: 4190). This is a remote position.

We are a driven, high-energy team with over 20 years in the mortgage industry. We rep 50+ lenders, banks, and investors to provide a broad portfolio of loan products and the potential for strong earnings.

• Source your own leads and build relationships with a focus on generating and closing loans.
• Make a high volume of calls to reach goals (examples cited: 15, 30, 40, or 100 calls per day as needed).
• Meet with clients and attend events (open houses or equivalent) to expand your network and opportunities.
• Operate beyond typical business hours as needed (nights and weekends) to support performance expectations.
• Collaborate with the team to close loans and maximize earning potential without income caps.

• Charismatic, outgoing, and able to build relationships; a natural-born networker with a coachable mindset.
• Strong drive to connect with people and a track record of lead generation and closing sales.
• Comfort with a fast-paced environment and willingness to work after standard business hours.
