About the job Enterprise Sales Executive - IT

Our client, a leading provider of innovative solutions in Data Ops, Analytics, RPA, Digital Transformation, GenAI, and Copilot, is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to join their team and drive sales growth in a designated region of the United States.

Your responsibilities
  • Full‑cycle sales: You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to closing deals, with the support of internal sales and marketing teams.
  • Key account management: You will manage and grow relationships with key accounts in your region, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying new opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling.
  • Market development: You will identify and develop new business opportunities in your region, expanding the company's reach and customer base.
  • Sales strategy execution: You will execute the company's sales strategy in your region, adapting it to local market conditions and customer needs.
  • Sales reporting and forecasting: You will provide accurate sales reports and forecasts to the CRO, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Requirements
  • Proven track record: At least 5 years of experience in selling to and closing deals with Fortune 1000 companies, with a demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Industry expertise: Experience in selling solutions in Data Ops, Analytics, RPA, Digital Transformation, GenAI, or Copilot is highly desirable.
  • Hunter mentality: A proactive and results‑oriented approach to sales, with a strong drive to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Relationship‑building skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Technical aptitude: Familiarity with the technologies and solutions offered by the company, as well as the ability to conduct online demos and presentations.
  • Competitive compensation: A base salary of USD 120,000 with an uncapped OTE of $240,000, providing significant earning potential.
