Sales Development Representative - Inside Sales

• 2 - 4 years of inside sales experience, ideally in education, edtech, or SaaS
• Proven success in outbound prospecting and lead qualification
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment
• Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar), Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus
• Exceptional customer service, written, and oral communication skills
• Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills
