What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Own a revenue target for acquiring and expanding accounts with Midmarket and Enterprise merchants with $1M+ TPV
  • Manage both transactional deals and larger, complex opportunities involving partner products and agency services
  • Conduct the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, including discovery, solution mapping, and negotiation
  • Build urgency and clear close plans with documented mutual action plans and stakeholder maps
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to enhance the customer experience and accelerate time to value
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 4+ years of B2B quota-carrying experience in E-commerce, SaaS, or platform sales with a track record of meeting significant annual targets
  • Proven success selling to Midmarket or Enterprise clients with complex buying groups
  • Strong outbound prospecting skills, including account research and executive-level outreach
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve revenue and growth targets
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in e-commerce, payments, fintech, or adjacent platform ecosystems
  • Background working with technical teams in roles such as Sales Engineering or Professional Services
  • Familiarity with payments concepts and a willingness to learn quickly
  • Success in scaling within fast-growing organizations where both PLG and SLG strategies coexist
  • Proficiency with modern technical sales tools and formal training in a recognized sales methodology
