AboutThe Role
We’re expanding our School Partnerships Division and looking for an entrepreneurial School Sales Representative to bring The Ladder Method’s curriculum into schools. You’ll identify, cultivate, and close partnerships with schools that want to enhance student learning through executive‑functioning and study‑skills programs.
This role is remote with flexible hours and a base‑plus‑commission compensation structure (majority of earnings from commissions). Preference will be given to candidates located in Los Angeles or New York, our top markets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage a qualified pipeline of school and district leads.
- Present The Ladder Method programs to administrators, learning specialists, and decision‑makers.
- Customize proposals to meet each school’s needs and budget.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine materials, pricing, and onboarding for new partners.
- Maintain accurate Hub Spot records and report on outreach and conversions.
- Meet or exceed quarterly goals for new school partnerships and renewals.
- 3+ years of experience in education sales, school partnerships, or curriculum sales.
- Proven track record in consultative or solution‑based selling.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self‑motivated and organized; comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with the K–12 ecosystem and student‑support programs (executive functioning, SEL, or enrichment).
- Tech‑savvy with CRM experience and comfort leading virtual presentations.
- Part‑time (15–20 hours per week).
- Base pay plus uncapped commission (majority of total compensation from commissions).
- OTE $40,000–$85,000 depending on performance.
