Position: Appointment Setter (Remote Work)

Overview

A World-Class Digital Marketing agency is seeking the next addition to our team.

Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Appointment Setter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be confident in making outbound calls, and have a natural ability to build rapport, and will be responsible for scheduling appointments with potential clients, providing them with information about our services, and ensuring that our sales team has a steady stream of qualified leads.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to schedule appointments with our sales team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Provide product or service information to customers and answer any questions they may have.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through excellent communication skills.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of leads and appointments.
  • Continually seek opportunities to improve the appointment-setting process and achieve targets.
  • Attend regular training sessions to stay up-to-date with our products, services, and sales techniques.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in appointment setting or sales.
  • Experience with Digital Marketing and Law Firm Marketing a bonus
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Confident in making outbound calls and overcoming objections.
  • Ability to build rapport with potential clients.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and Google products.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
