AAA Sales Associate Work From Home

A Remote Membership Sales & Service Associate will be responsible for delivering exceptional phone support and proactive sales of AAA products to members. Candidates must be residents of Utah.

• Starting hourly pay: $17.50 with holiday and bilingual differentials
• Monthly tiered bonuses based on transactions, up to a minimum of $1,350 (pre‑tax) when Tier 3 is achieved
• Full-time – 40 hours per week
• Shift schedule: 8 a.m.–10 p.m. (open 7 days a week). Shift assignment based on offer.
• Training:
  Paid, 8 weeks, Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5:30 p.m.

• Handle 100+ member calls per day, providing legendary service
• Proactively offer relevant AAA products and services while following policies and procedures
• Adhere to assigned work schedule, including breaks and lunches
• Exceed member expectations in a structured, goal‑oriented sales environment

• Excellent multitasking, computer, written and verbal communication skills
• Quiet, dedicated workspace free of distractions
• Willingness to learn, active listening, and ability to engage members and overcome objections
• Direct connection to ISP via ethernet (no DSL, satellite, hot spots). Modem/router in the same room. Minimum 25 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.
• Schedule flexibility: open 8 a.m.–10 p.m. weekdays; 8 a.m.–8 p.m. weekends; holidays
• Successful completion of criminal background screen
