Responsibilities
  • Engage with prospective customers through various communication channels to introduce them to the employer's products
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospects to facilitate appointments with Sales Executives
  • Utilize creative outreach strategies to generate interest and drive engagement
  • Conduct outbound calls to gather information and schedule appointments
  • Support Sales Executives with follow-up communications to prospects and customers
Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a knack for storytelling
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities
  • Team player with effective collaboration and listening skills
  • 1-2 years of experience in outbound-focused sales or customer-oriented roles
  • Knowledge of the legal industry and familiarity with Salesforce CRM is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Business Development Representative (BDR)
  • Familiarity with client collaboration technology and the judicial system
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and goals
