Inbound Sales Advisor - Remote Work

• Receive inbound calls and respond to inbound chats from prospects
• Make outbound follow-up calls to qualified leads and sell memberships
• Understand and fulfill the needs of prospects by offering relevant solutions
• Maintain expert knowledge of products and track customer interactions
• Consistently meet or exceed sales and service KPIs set by the team

• Established success in sales and customer service
• Required to pass and maintain the Producer Property and Casualty License
• Proven competence in utilizing various computer applications
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and confidentiality

• Demonstrated results in both phone and chat-based sales or service roles
• Solid understanding of Integrity Selling and Asking Formula principles
• Motivated by measurable success and able to foster strong relationships
