What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Actively prospect and develop new business opportunities with both new and existing customers
  • Manage accounts for companies with revenues of less than $500M, from initial contact to renewal
  • Meet or exceed revenue targets through effective sales strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions to customer needs
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system (Salesforce)
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • College degree preferred with a minimum of 4 years of direct field sales experience
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in the corporate sector
  • Experience in selling complex software solutions using a consultative approach
  • Skilled in engaging with C-level executives and identifying business challenges
  • Ability to develop and execute effective account plans
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience with high velocity sales and a land-and-expand approach
  • Familiarity with leading detailed sales processes involving multiple stakeholders
  • Comfort working from a home office and traveling to customer locations
