Responsibilities- Sales Development & Execution:
Actively prospect and sell group tickets to Kid Zania's immersive experiences to schools, businesses, youth organizations, birthday parties, and other group entities. - Lead Generation & Networking:
Utilize a variety of external channels, including email, phone calls, social media platforms, networking groups, and local events to generate leads and drive ticket sales. - Customer Relationship Management:
Establish and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients, offering top-tier customer service and support. - Sales Strategy Implementation:
Develop and implement unique sales strategies and ideas to engage potential clients and drive sales growth. - Meetings & Outreach:
Schedule and conduct calls, appointments, and in-person meetings with prospective clients, ensuring a personalized and compelling sales pitch. - Sales Administration:
Track all communication and sales activities using a CRM system to stay organized and up-to-date on client interactions. - Revenue Generation:
Focus on maximizing sales and revenue by selling the full Kid Zania experience to various group types. - Collaboration & Reporting:
Participate in regular sales meetings and report on progress, challenges, and opportunities.

Confident and professional in communicating with clients via email, phone, and in-person meetings. - Sales
Experience:
Previous sales experience, particularly in group sales or event sales, is a plus, but not required. - Self-Driven:
Must be highly motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage your own schedule. - Time Management:
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously. - Tech-Savvy:
Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus, but not mandatory. Proficiency with social media and digital communication tools is important. - Customer-Centric:
