What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop and execute sales strategies while leading Regional Sales Managers and the Inside Sales team
  • Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and competitive positioning
  • Build and maintain high-level relationships with Key Accounts across the U.S. and Canada
  • Drive revenue achievement through collaboration with sales teams and partners
  • Educate and mentor sales teams on value‑based selling of surge protection products
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or applicable experience in technical electrical sales
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical electrical sales, preferably in surge protection or switch gear
  • Proven experience leading outside and inside sales teams
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, such as Salesforce
  • Ability to travel up to 50% throughout the U.S. and Canada
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience selling to contractors, panel shops, and OEMs
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills for customer engagement
  • Familiarity with sales analytics tools
