Position Overview

We’re looking for top‑performing sales professionals eager to wake up to a full calendar of leads. This closer role primarily involves taking inbound scheduled sales calls, guiding leads through our proprietary selling framework, managing the pipeline, and maximizing revenue. Although the role is not outbound, we seek hungry, ambitious, and proactive closers who aren’t afraid to pursue additional opportunities between scheduled calls.

Responsibilities
  • Consistently increase product knowledge by consuming content in the sales training center.
  • Participate in daily sales syncs via Zoom to discuss initiatives, review call recordings, and strategize around the pipeline.
  • Follow the WFS proprietary selling framework to guide leads through the sales process.
  • Conduct deep question‑led discovery to identify challenges, pain points, and gaps that generate need, desire, and urgency for WFS products.
  • Build and maintain relationships with leads using a consultative sales approach.
  • Utilize WFS sales material and tools to deliver persuasive Zoom presentations highlighting benefits and value.
  • Achieve or exceed sales quotas and targets consistently.
  • Adhere to CRM best practices to track and manage sales activities, including follow‑up and accurate forecasting.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure a seamless sales process.
  • Display WFS core values at all times to contribute to a high‑performance culture.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in high‑ticket or consultative sales with a proven track record of closing deals.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Self‑starter with strong drive for success.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent people skills and ability to create rapport.
  • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems.
