Field Sales Professional – El Paso, Texas

Location & Work Type

Full-time hybrid – at least 2-5 days per week in territory. Requires local residency to manage client relationships. Some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.

What You Will Do
  • Provide consultative customer service to coaches across assigned territory.
  • Generate revenue and meet sales/growth targets.
  • Actively develop and qualify leads via cold-calling and lead generation campaigns.
  • Navigate multiple functions within the company’s CRM, including prospecting, account management, and activity tracking.
  • Increase sales in existing accounts by selling to all sports at all levels.
  • Utilize data-driven business intelligence to identify new trends and opportunities.
  • Manage account list and travel within assigned territory.
Qualifications
  • High level of self-direction and autonomy in managing tasks and projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM.
  • Ability to maintain a distraction-free home office environment.
Education and Experience
  • 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience (preferably in sporting goods) or coaching/sports-related background.
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and satisfactory driving record.
Physical Requirements
  • Hybrid work requires prolonged periods of sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and driving.
