Overview

Mortgage Loan Officer role at Satori Mortgage (NMLS: 4190). This is a remote position.

• Source your own leads and build relationships to generate mortgage opportunities.
• Close loans with support from the team, 7 days a week, including nights and weekends.
• Achieve activity targets such as high-volume calling (examples include 15, 30, 40, or more calls per day) and outreach to potential clients.
• Attend open houses when needed, with numbers increasing based on goals (e.g., 10, 25, or 50 visits per weekend).
• Operate with a results-oriented mindset and extend work beyond standard business hours to meet performance goals.

• Charismatic, outgoing, with a massive network; natural-born relationship builders and lead-generating machines.
• Ability to start conversations anywhere and connect with people, with a coachable mindset.
• Willingness to work beyond typical hours and on weekends to close deals.
