• Source your own leads and develop a large network of relationships
• Make outbound calls and engage prospects to move them through the mortgage process
• Attend open houses as part of lead generation efforts (if applicable to role)
• Work beyond standard hours when needed to drive results
• Collaborate with the team to close loans and meet targets
• Represent Satori Mortgage with professionalism and a client‑first mindset

• You are willing to do "whatever it takes" to smash goals and have the grit to persist
• You may dial 30, 40, or 100 calls per day depending on activity and goals
• You are comfortable with a non‑traditional schedule and performance is the priority
