What do we expect from you, Hardcore Closer?

• Do "whatever it takes" to smash your goals; demonstrate knowledge of the mortgage game and grit.
• Make 15–30+ calls per day (or 30–100 if required) and attend open houses (10–50 per weekend).
• Work beyond typical banking hours, including after 5 pm; performance is everything.
