Senior Account Operations Specialist - remote

• Serve as the primary contact for participating locations, ensuring provider satisfaction with service delivery
• Create and maintain relationships with fitness center leaders via telephonic and electronic communications
• Support new contract implementations and contract renewal discussions
• Resolve issues and coordinate resources to ensure successful delivery of fitness programs
• Provide program updates and training to participating locations and support marketing initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, sales, marketing, fitness, communication, or health-related field; equivalent experience considered
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in vendor management, provider networks, customer service, sales/marketing, or client services
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Effective oral and written communication skills with a variety of audiences

• Knowledge of the fitness industry and experience working with older adults
• Ability to function independently with little supervision
• Strong problem‑solving skills and resource management capabilities
