• Must reside in the specified state(s)
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a sales-related position
• High School Diploma or GED strongly preferred; specialized skills training may be required
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a remote/hybrid environment
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Salesforce or similar CRM systems

• 1+ years of sales experience, particularly in business-to-business (B2B) settings
• Knowledge of facilities products such as hardware, electrical, and lighting
• Experience with consultative selling or solution selling
• Strong organizational skills and professional phone etiquette
• Independent, accountable self-starter comfortable in an inbound/outbound phone call environment
