What to Expect

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets and maximize sales opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to address their needs and preferences
  • Establish connections with key stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor to customers
  • Manage territory activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and sales forecasting
  • Stay updated on industry trends and customer feedback to inform sales strategies

What is Required

  • Minimum of two (2) years of proven successful sales experience in telephone sales, personal selling, and customer service
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and closing strategies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and telephone skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office software and CRM technology

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience with sales growth and customer relationship management
  • Familiarity with telecommuting software such as Zoom, Web Ex, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
