• Develop and execute sales strategy while leading Regional Sales Managers and the Inside Sales team
• Conduct market research to identify sales growth opportunities and competitive positioning
• Build and maintain high-level relationships with key accounts across the U.S. and Canada
• Drive revenue growth through job sites, end users, and contractor partnerships
• Educate and mentor sales teams on application and value-based selling of surge protection products

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or applicable experience in technical electrical sales
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical electrical sales, preferably with surge protection or switch gear
• Proven ability to lead outside and inside sales teams effectivelyli>
• Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools
• Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time across U.S. and Canadian markets

• Previous experience in surge protection or switch gear sales
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to guide customers toward solutions
• Experience with value-based selling techniques
• Familiarity with navigating construction project sites
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel internationally
