. This entry-level role is part of our Sales & Customer Success team, primarily remote with regular in-office visits to our Minneapolis, MN location as well as client-related local travel.

• Manage and nurture relationships within the SMB customer segment.
• Partner with the marketing team to execute lead generation strategies.
• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through research, outreach, and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records in the CRM system.
• Support the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
• Stay current with industry trends and Microsoft technologies to articulate our value proposition.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM systems a plus.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn.

• Prior internship or experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.
• Knowledge of sales development best practices and outreach strategies.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
