. This entry-level role is part of our Sales & Customer Success team, primarily remote with regular in-office visits to our Minneapolis, MN location as well as client-related local travel.
- Manage and nurture relationships within the SMB customer segment.
- Partner with the marketing team to execute lead generation strategies.
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through research, outreach, and follow-up.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records in the CRM system.
- Support the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
- Stay current with industry trends and Microsoft technologies to articulate our value proposition.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM systems a plus.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Prior internship or experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.
- Knowledge of sales development best practices and outreach strategies.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
