We’re looking for charismatic, outgoing hustlers who excel at building relationships and generating leads. This remote role is with Satori Mortgage and offers a high earning potential with a supportive team ready to help you close deals.

This is a remote position with a focus on sourcing your own leads and consistently reaching and exceeding targets. We rep 50+ lenders, banks, and investors, providing a broad portfolio of loan products and the potential to close more customers.

• Source and cultivate your own leads with a vast network and proactive outreach.
• Dial a high volume of calls (examples cited: 15, 30, 40, or more per day) and follow up diligently to convert prospects.
• Engage with clients in person when appropriate, including open houses and community interactions, to generate mortgage opportunities.
• Work beyond traditional hours as needed (after 5 pm, weekends) to meet performance goals.
• Collaborate with the team and leverage internal support to close leads.

• Charismatic, outgoing, and able to quickly connect with people and build relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to source and convert leads; coachable with a strong drive to succeed.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, to maximize results.
• Knowledge of the mortgage industry and a gritty, tenacious mindset.
