Job Summary
:
As a Business Development Representative supporting the Georgia territory, you’ll join a supportive team focused on cultivating, developing, and expanding relationships. You will generate new opportunities with the tools, support, and training provided. This role can set you on the career path you’ve been looking for, and we promote, recognize, and develop our talent.

• Contact new and existing brokers to explain features and benefits of our programs.
• Compile, organize, and relay crucial information to close quotes.
• Maintain producer marketing database.
• Facilitate product webinars and website demonstrations.
• Execute weekly telephonic campaigns to maintain a pipeline of qualified agency appointments.
• Assist with corporate communications, marketing, and advertising.
• Participate in various industry trade shows.
• Recommend ideas for and follow up on corporate and individual promotions.
• Develop referrals from brokers, carrier partners, and other vendors.
• Complete special projects as assigned by management and perform other duties as requested.

• Associate’s Degree required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2‑3 years of previous sales and/or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in the commercial insurance industry preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and aptitude to navigate software easily.
• Bi‑lingual (English + Spanish) preferred.

National Pay Range: $67,733 – $84,666 USD.
