The Large Channel Lead is a strategic sales role responsible for large channel enablement and activation. This role includes key account management, product and application support, and driving field sales and customer engagement through our large channel partners. The large channel lead will focus on relationship development and management, identifying cross‑selling opportunities across product lines and business divisions, and supporting marketing and sales tools development.

This role is responsible for the complete product portfolio under Life Science and Applied business.

This position reports to the Large Channel Manager and is part of the Applied Sample Prep and Channel Partner Management team and will be fully remote covering North America.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Optimize the large channel partnership and distribution strategy within North America
• Implement initiatives to drive growth and ensure effective market activities
• Lead strategic regional channel meetings, trainings, and business reviews
• Monitor distribution performance to achieve revenue and margin goals
• Establish professional relationships with key channel partner representatives and leaders
• Manage the implementation of new processes to enable our channel partners

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor’sdegree in biology or chemistry, or a related scientific field preferred
• 3+ years successful selling products of a technical nature or distribution sales preferred
• Demonstrated core understanding of Microscopy / Imaging / Application
• Relationship Buildingwithchannel partners;
  Interpersonal and Communication Skills
• Knowledge of specificareasof work (Commercial, Government, University,Industry etc.)

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role

• Ability to travel up to 50% overnight within the US and Canada
• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Sales channel/distribution
• Commercial leadership
