In this role, you will be responsible for delivering innovative life science solutions and products to our clients across the DACH region. Who we areAnimalab is a leading supplier in the biotechnology sector, serving universities, research institutes, pharmaceutical companies, and biotech firms since 2004. We collaborate with top suppliers in the Life Science industry and operate branches in Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Croatia, and the Baltic States.
Your responsibilities- Develop and manage sales of Animalab products and solutions across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with academic, pharmaceutical, and biotech clients, as well as distributors in the DACH region.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion.
- Conduct client visits, presentations, and commercial negotiations in the region.
- Represent Animalab at industry conferences and events.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and high‑level customer support.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and report on sales activities.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in biology, chemistry, medicine, veterinary science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, ideally in the Life Science or laboratory equipment sector.
- Fluent in German (minimum C1 level) and English (minimum B2).
- Valid driving license (category
B). - Strong client orientation, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and highly organized.
- Experience with MS Office and CRM systems.
