- Utilize solution selling techniques to address prospects' pain points and present impactful value propositions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals and support collective success
- 3-5 years of SaaS field sales experience
- In‑depth understanding of the electronic components industry and/or SaaS products within the supply chain industry
- Proven ability to sell solutions rather than just products
- Experience interacting with vendors and customers in a technical or engineering environment
- Proficiency in sales tracking systems such as and Oracle
- Experience with data, analytics, or AI software sales
- Ability to prepare and present comprehensive internal quarterly business reviews (iQ )
- Naturally curious and emotionally intelligent with a willingness to learn
- Innovative self-starter willing to challenge the status quo
