As part of a succession plan and to further support the company’s growth in the German market, we are looking for your support as:
Your Responsibilities- Managing and developing the existing customer base
- Identifying new business opportunities and actively acquiring new customers
- Overseeing the entire sales process – externally as the primary customer contact, and internally in collaboration with various departments (engineering, inside sales, and sales & operations planning)
- Conducting market and competitor analyses and participating in relevant trade fairs
- Collaborating with the existing distributor network
- Preparing visit reports, managing customer data in the CRM system, and reporting to the headquarters in France
- A completed technical education with strong sales orientation, or a commercial education with technical affinity
- Experience in B2B sales of complex technical products, ideally in sealing technology
- Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor with customers
- High self-motivation, autonomous and results-oriented working style, combined with team spirit
- Willingness to travel extensively within the sales territory
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Good command of English for communication with the headquarters
- A home-office-based position (with standard technical equipment provided), while being part of an international team
- A responsible and varied role with a high degree of autonomy and creative freedom
- An innovative, technically demanding, and high-quality product portfolio
- A performance-based compensation system and a company car for private use
