Position: Retail Sales & Operations Manager (Hybrid Opportunity)
As a Retail Sales & Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing territory profit and loss statements, sales volume, margin, and overall expense management for our retail market. Your success will be measured by providing day to day operational support to our existing dealer and joint venture network as well as developing strong customer relationships.
Please note:
Travel will be required within your territory and the territory for this position is Southeastern New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island.

Manage territory profit and loss statement including sales volume, margin, and overall expense management.Meet or exceed business line KPI’s (i.e., same store sales)Ensure all sites in assigned territory are meeting or exceeding defined operational excellence standards.Prepare business cases and negotiate renewals of existing dealer contracts.Develop annual volume budget for existing sites located in assigned territory.Develop, implement, and maintain 5-year business/market plans for assigned territory.Support sales in meeting growth targets for the business through the acquisition of new dealer accountsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, both Dealer and Joint Venture partners, by providing day to day operational support, communicating sales initiatives and programs and proactively collaborating on developing and executing growth plans.Ensure repairs and maintenance work at sites is completed on time and on budget.Ensure PCI Compliance at all locations within the assigned region.Your Skills :
Strong negotiation skillsStrong financial acumen and experience managing profit and loss.Customer focused with strong relationship management skills.Track record of delivering and exceeding objectives/targetsYour
Experience:
5-10 years of experience with relationship management and/or account management within the energy sectorBachelor’s degree preferred.#
