Senior Business Development Manager (f/m/d)

Join Endress+Hauser Group as a Senior Business Development Manager to drive sustainable growth of Flow Solutions while strengthening customer loyalty.

What the role is about

You actively drive sustainable growth of Flow Solutions by unlocking strategic market opportunities and enhancing customer loyalty through targeted initiatives.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and monitor the global growth strategy for Flow Solutions, adjusting it proactively to align with market trends.
  • Drive international collaboration with sales organizations, spearhead market and customer development initiatives, and identify new applications and business opportunities.
  • Manage the sales process for customer projects, prepare compelling proposals, collaborate closely with local and global sales teams, and translate complex technical solutions into clear value propositions.
  • Advance new ideas with customers, partners, and internal teams; support creation of marketing materials; and ensure successful product launches.
  • Represent Flow Solutions to customers and industry stakeholders, enhance market presence, and conduct technical training sessions and seminars for customers and internal sales organizations.
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Process Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering, complemented by further training in Strategic Marketing, Business Development, or Sales.
  • Proven track record in international strategic marketing, business development, or technically complex sales projects.
  • Strong expertise in the process industry, measurement technology, and process automation, with experience leading global market initiatives.
  • Structured, analytical, customer‑focused approach and ability to build resilient, multicultural networks.
  • Fluent in English and proficient in German (both written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage. Willingness to travel internationally 15–30 %.
