• Develop and implement event/activity plans to promote online academic programs and generate inquiries
• Provide exceptional counseling to prospective students and their families through various communication channels
• Support prospective students throughout the admissions process, ensuring a positive online learning experience
• Utilize critical thinking skills to navigate challenges and maximize student success
• Maintain strong partnerships and advocate for the mission of the organization

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in outside business development, consultative sales, or account management
• Outstanding time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing tasks
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including active listening
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for extensive travel within the territory

• Relevant industry-related professional experience
• Experience working with CRM tools
