What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop account plans for new and existing small to mid-sized corporate accounts
  • Actively prospect new business opportunities to build a robust sales pipeline
  • Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to deal closing and renewal
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions to customer needs
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 4 years of direct field sales experience, preferably in the corporate sector
  • Proven ability to sell complex software solutions to companies with less than $500M in revenue
  • Experience selling to C-level executives with a consultative and value-based approach
  • Ability to work effectively in teams across various departments
  • Capability to develop and execute strategic account plans
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • College degree preferred
  • Demonstrated excellence in achieving sales quotas and goals
  • Experience leading detailed sales processes with multiple stakeholders
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a growth mindset
