- Cheap agents who sell policies for $30-$70/month
- People who are NOT coachable and have a giant ego
Who We ARE Looking For:
- Competent agents who speak well and communicate effectively
- Agents comfortable showing high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month
- Agents who don't need motivation and are ready to follow a proven system
Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers selling high-ticket IUL, IBC, and FIA products.
We are NOT your traditional life insurance company; we focus on high-end products, not traditional life, final expense, or mortgage protection.
All our business is conducted virtually via phone or Zoom.
Our agents typically spend $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating $7,000 to $15,000 in premium.
We do NOT participate in lead assist programs.
We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources.
We are simply looking to expand our team with more high-performing agents.
