Inbound Remote Sales Representative

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads to consult with potential and existing policyholders on insurance needs
• Match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders
• Represent the employer's brand and connect customers to the right products
• Maintain a professional workspace and meet work-at-home requirements
• Work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start time

• Minimum of 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales
• Ability to communicate effectively with both prospects and customers
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Property and Casualty License required after hire

• 2-3 years of sales experience preferred
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
