- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize sales opportunities within the assigned territory
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with prospective customers to expand market presence
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to understand their needs and drive incremental revenue
- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within customer organizations
- Effectively manage territory activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and sales forecasting
- Minimum of two (2) years of proven successful sales experience in telephone sales, personal selling, and customer service
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field
- Understanding of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and closing strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and telephone skills
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on revenue growth and customer relationship management
- Proficiency with MS Office software and CRM technology, such as Sales Force
- Experience with telecommuting software like Zoom, Web Ex, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with peers and superiors across the organization
