To design and execute a mid-market client acquisition strategy and move prospects from first contact to warm lead, ready for a sales consultation.
- Research and analyze mid-market companies (Amazon / Tik Tok Shop brands).
- Select and manage outbound channels (Linked In, email, and other relevant channels).
- Run highly personalized first-touch outreach to decision-makers.
- Warm up prospects through meaningful conversations and context-building.
- Pre-qualify leads before handing them over to the sales team.
- Maintain CRM hygiene: logic, statuses, notes, and follow-ups.
- Continuously optimize the strategy based on performance and sales feedback.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience acquiring mid-market clients in B2B.
- Proven experience building outbound strategies, not just executing tasks.
- Ability to turn cold contacts into warm leads.
- Strong understanding of mid-market sales cycles and decision-making processes.
- Experience working with CRM systems (Hub Spot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, or similar).
- Understanding of e-commerce, Amazon, Tik Tok Shop, or digital agencies.
- Experience in a marketing or e-commerce agency.
- Hands-on work with US and/or European markets.
- Experience with account-based outreach or consultative lead generation.
- A clearly defined mid-market ICP and full autonomy in choosing outreach strategies.
- Paid vacation and sick leave.
- A strong focus on lead quality and meaningful conversations, not message volume.
