Role Purpose
  • Grow & retain revenue and expand market share of Thomson Reuters legal content, legal tech, and legal AI solutions in designated strategic accounts/territory.
  • Open and win new business to expand Thomson Reuters footprint in the region within designated accounts.
  • Act as an active hunter and farmer seeking opportunities and progressing the commercial conversation with clients.
  • Develop and maintain high‑level relationships to ultimately drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute territory & account strategy collaborating with different internal teams to deliver a comprehensive product offering to meet overall customer needs.
  • Develop key stakeholder communities both internal and external.
About

The Role
  • Act as an expert for legal tech/AI solutions and advise clients to improve work efficiency.
  • Selling TR legal solutions to existing and new clients within the designated territory.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of the designated accounts/territory and the clients’ workflow and challenges.
  • Strategically develop, execute and maintain a growth‑centric business plan and own overall strategy for revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain a strong, high‑level contact network within the designated territory including C and E level executives and department heads.
  • Establish long‑term customer relationships, identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers.
  • Apply knowledge of business and its constituent workflows to conceive and position value‑added solutions to promote sales and revenue growth.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline on Salesforce for forecast and reporting purposes.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge on all products and solutions.
  • Serve as a business advisor to promote long‑term relationships with the client and drive overall customer satisfaction.
About You
  • Experience working with corporates, governments, and law firms in MENA markets.
  • Self‑starter with strong sales experience, preferably within the legal/regulatory/SAS field with a legal/technology/business educational background or related field.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
  • Strong understanding of customers and their business model and workflows.
  • Strong relationship‑building skills and experience in establishing C level relationships.
  • Proven commercial experience in a customer‑facing environment required.
  • Problem‑solving skills and ability to understand, articulate, structure and solve client needs.
  • Presentation and communication skills: ability to deliver presentations and communicate at all levels within an organization.
  • Strong collaboration skills & strong interpersonal skills.
  • Self‑confident and comfortable working under limited supervision.
  • A desire to compete and win business in a team setting.
  • A wide contact network across the MENA region would be an advantage.
