- Minimum of 2 years of recent sales experience with strong negotiation skills
- Sales experience in Insurance, Retail, or Banking highly preferred; inbound sales experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a distraction‑free environment
- High‑speed broadband cable internet service with specific upload/download speeds
- Capability to maintain all state licenses as required
- Experience in the insurance industry or related fields
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Familiarity with insurance products and services
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to adapt to changing sales strategies and market conditions
