• Handle an average of 30-40 inbound calls per day in a customer‑facing role
• Maintain all state licenses and manage relationships with prior carriers as applicable
• Adapt and thrive in a fast‑paced environment, contributing to team success

• Minimum of 2 years of recent sales experience with strong negotiation skills
• Sales experience in Insurance, Retail, or Banking highly preferred; inbound sales experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a distraction‑free environment
• High‑speed broadband cable internet service with specific upload/download speeds
• Capability to maintain all state licenses as required

• Experience in the insurance industry or related fields
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Familiarity with insurance products and services
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to adapt to changing sales strategies and market conditions
