Strategic Account Manager - Dental Solutions (m/f/x)
Solventum is a new healthcare company dedicated to improving lives and supporting healthcare professionals. We are looking for a Strategic Account Manager to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Responsibilities- Build and strengthen strategic partnerships across the full Dental Solutions portfolio, with a strong emphasis on Custom Smiles.
- Drive mid‑ and long‑term project opportunities and accelerate commercialization through cross‑functional collaboration.
- Develop a comprehensive 360° overview around the Key Customer and engage multiple stakeholders throughout the complex buying process.
- Build and own relationships with key stakeholders including C‑suite level, and foster collaboration across Solventum and the Key Account.
- Lead cross‑functional teams to execute the Strategic Account Plan for respective stakeholders.
- Create value for the Key Account and Solventum by aligning needs and solutions; co‑create value beyond products to become a long‑term strategic partner.
- Develop and drive a Strategic Account Plan focused on customer business challenges and growth, using market insight and financial metrics.
- Lead annual growth plan negotiations, prepare comprehensive customer performance analysis, and develop commercial terms in alignment with channel managers and business leaders.
- Advanced negotiation, persuasion, and conflict anticipation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to assess options and make decisions using extensive experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and influential skills, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to build trust with internal and external stakeholders.
- Public speaking and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and priority‑management skills; ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of market and industry trends; deep knowledge of Solventum Dental Solutions portfolio.
- Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in dental digital work streams.
- Advanced spoken and written English.
Hybrid model: some duties allow remote work, but presence at the Dubai office is required approximately twice a week.
