Katy, TX | Hybrid Role
This is not a role for someone chasing quick commissions.
This is for someone who wants to build something real.
We are looking for a Professional Sales Representative who believes that how you sell matters just as much as what you sell.
College degrees and past sales titles do not impress us nearly as much as character, effort, and consistency.

The RoleThis is a full‑time hybrid position based in Katy, TX, with flexibility to work from home part‑time.
As a Professional Sales Representative, you will:
- Build genuine relationships with business owners and HR leaders
- Educate clients on voluntary workplace benefits that protect their people
- Develop and manage your own book of business
- Present tailored benefit solutions based on real needs, not scripts
- Collaborate with leadership to grow market presence
- Maintain strong follow‑through and client service after the sale
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfort initiating conversations and building relationships
- Ability to understand client needs and recommend solutions
- Strong time management and self‑discipline
- Willingness to learn insurance and benefits products
- Self‑starter mentality in a hybrid work environment
Sales experience is helpful but not required.
Insurance experience is a plus but not required.
A degree is preferred but not required.
