Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Doha, Qatar, with the flexibility of some remote work. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and developing sales opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include presenting and demonstrating products or services to potential customers, managing sales processes, collaborating with the marketing and customer service teams, and achieving sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
This role also involves delivering product training and providing relevant knowledge to customers.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build lasting relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
- Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue and achieve targets.
- Experience in Training clients or team members about products, services, or processes.
- Self-motivation, adaptability, and the ability to work in a hybrid environment with both in-office and remote responsibilities.
- Prior experience in the sales industry, particularly in related sectors, would be an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
