What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Meet with clients in their homes to discuss flooring projects and provide design consultations
- Utilize company-provided technology to follow the sales system and maintain accurate records
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding their flooring service requests
- Foster customer relationships and develop key referral sources for ongoing business
- Generate leads through networking and prospecting to supplement company-provided leads

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Valid U.S. Driver's License and clean driving record
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in in-home or outside sales
- Ability to lift 25+ lbs and navigate stairs during home visits
- Willingness to complete background checks and drug screenings
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the flooring industry or related fields
- Knowledge of flooring brands such as Shaw, Mohawk, and AHF
- Highly developed interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service
