Overview

Expectations / Responsibilities- Source your own leads. If that isn't your style, this ain't the gig for you.
- Make 15 calls a day; if 15 isn't enough, dial 30, 40, or even 100 calls.
- Attend 5 open houses a weekend; if that doesn’t work, visit 10, 25, or 50.
- Work beyond banking hours, picking up the phone after 5 pm.
- Close loans with help from support that’s there 7 days a week, nights, and weekends.
- High‑energy, unstoppable, lead‑generation machine.
- Natural‑born relationship builder – able to start a conversation anywhere.
- Coachable mindset with an unstoppable drive to connect.
- Experience or interest in the mortgage game; show grit to stick with it.
- Remote work.
- Support team 7 days a week, nights, and weekends.
- Operate across 50+ lenders, banks, and investors with a massive portfolio of loan products.
- Sky‑high earning potential with no income caps.
