What are the position details?

Our reps sell Cutco products through one‑on‑one appointments, explaining the products and taking orders. Previous work experience is not required; we look for people who enjoy working with others. Reps are paid $25.00 per appointment. The base pay isn’t tied to sales or results, but commissions can increase earnings. Even if a rep has an off week, they still receive the base pay plus additional commission based on performance.

We help reps create a schedule that works best for them. Some work as much as possible, others part‑time, and others look to make extra income around classes or other jobs. Semester‑break work schedules are available for anyone seeking temporary work.

Cutco products are kitchen and outdoor tools. Prior knowledge of home goods, sales, or work experience is not needed. We train you over 40 years of experience. Even if someone does not stay long term, the skills built are valuable in any field.

Reps work from home and locally after training.

What are the basic requirements?

• All ages 18+ or 17 graduating in 2025 are encouraged to apply

Who would do well here?

People who have done well have come from retail, fast food, cashier, grocery store clerk, work‑from‑home jobs, administrative assistant, receptionist, server, landscape, warehouse work, and many other fields. We also welcome applicants with no work experience. A positive attitude and enjoyment of working with people are key.
