Role Description

This full‑time hybrid role of Sales Specialist involves partially working from the Allen, TX office, with some flexibility for remote work. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying client needs, building strong client relationships, conducting product demonstrations, and developing strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service, providing training on products, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize sales opportunities.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to establish and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Ability to conduct Training sessions to onboard clients and educate them about products effectively.
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Self‑motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in the financial services or risk management industry is a plus.
