Responsibilities
  • Engage prospective customers through outbound phone calls, emails, and video to introduce them to the employer's products.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, showcasing product understanding and effective communication.
  • Cultivate prospects to secure appointments with Sales Executives or schedule product demos.
  • Utilize social media best practices to connect with and engage prospective customers.
  • Assist Sales Executives with follow-ups to ensure customer engagement and satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to engage and interest customers.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in outbound-focused sales or customer-oriented roles.
  • Knowledge of the legal industry and understanding of the judiciary is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is advantageous but not required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Business Development Representative (BDR).
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new skills and topics related to client collaboration technology.
  • Passion for achieving sales goals and driving results.
  • Experience in creative outreach methods to generate leads.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
