- Manage accounts focused on companies with revenues of less than $500M, leading the entire sales process from initial contact to renewal
- Meet or exceed revenue targets and maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to tailor solutions to meet customer needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders
- Minimum of 4 years direct field sales experience with a proven track record of sales quota over achievement
- Proven ability to sell complex software solutions to small and medium companies using a consultative approach
- Experience selling to C‑level executives and leading detailed sales processes involving various stakeholders
- Ability to develop and execute an account plan while managing change effectively
- College degree preferred
- Experience in the corporate sector with a background in legal, tax, or compliance solutions
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Strong skills in cross‑departmental collaboration to achieve shared objectives
- Eagerness to refine sales strategies and enhance team culture
