Sales Development Representative – Vantage Point Solar. Remote | Part-Time or Full-Time | Salary + Commission (High-Paying!)

Are you a driven, self-motivated sales professional looking for an opportunity to earn high commissions while making a real impact? Vantage Point Solar is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. This fully remote role is perfect for individuals with sales development experience in a high-energy sales environment who thrive on prospecting and closing deals.

What You  Do
  • Outbound Prospecting:
    Identify and engage potential customers through cold calling and other outreach methods.
  • Lead Generation:
    Qualify leads and set high-quality appointments for our solar sales team.
  • Sales Execution:
    Utilize sales scripts, objection handling techniques, and persuasion skills to convert leads into appointments.
  • CRM Management:
    Maintain and update lead records in our sales system.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and strategy sessions to refine your approach and maximize results.

What We  Looking For
  • Proven Sales Development Experience in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Solar appointment setting experience (preferred but not required).

  • Understanding of sales culture and what it takes to succeed.
  • Self-discipline and the ability to thrive in a competitive sales role.
